TROUBLESHOOTING
Paste hard to dispense
Paste too cold. Let the syringe warm at room temperature (20–25°C) for 1–2 hours. Do not apply heat.
Joints appear dull or grainy
Peak temperature too low, or cooling too fast. Raise the peak slightly and allow natural cooling.
Brittle or cracked joints
Characteristic of Bi-based alloys. Avoid mechanical shock; not suitable for high-stress applications.
Paste dried at the nozzle
Clear with a toothpick or replace the needle. Cap the syringe immediately after every use.

HOW TO USE
1
Warm the syringe
Remove from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature (20–25°C) for 1–2 hours. Never microwave or apply direct heat.
Cold paste affects flow and joint quality
2
Prepare your workspace
Work in a well-ventilated area. Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses. Clean PCB pads with 99% IPA and let dry completely.
3
Attach the dispensing needle
Screw the needle onto the syringe tip. Use 22G–25G for fine-pitch (<0.5mm); 18G–20G for standard pads.
4
Apply paste to pads
Apply even pressure in small amounts — just enough to cover the pad. Avoid bridging adjacent pads.
Less is more — start small
5
Place the components
Use tweezers or a vacuum pen to place components. Paste tackiness holds them in place before reflow.
6
Low-temperature reflow
Follow the low-temp profile; peak must not exceed 170°C. Do not move or vibrate the board until fully solidified.
No vibration — Bi joints crack while solidifying
7
Inspect joint quality
Good joints look bright with complete wetting. No-clean flux residue is non-conductive and non-corrosive — no cleaning required.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Warning
WARNING
GHS07GHS09
Hazard statements — H317 May cause an allergic skin reaction (rosin / colophony). H410 Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
Precautionary statements — P261 Avoid breathing dust or fumes. P264 Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling. P273 Avoid release to the environment. P280 Wear protective gloves, eye protection and protective clothing. P302+P352 IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. P333+P313 If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice or attention. P362+P364 Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. P391 Collect spillage. P501 Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local, regional and national regulations.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
DO NOT
✗ Mix with leaded solder or leaded HASL pads — Bi and Pb form a 96 °C low-melting eutectic that causes joint failure.
✗ Discard with household waste — follow local hazardous-waste rules.
✗ Eat, drink or smoke during use.
FIRST AID — Skin: wash with soap and water. Eyes: rinse with water for 15 minutes. Inhaled: move to fresh air. Swallowed: rinse mouth, do NOT induce vomiting. If symptoms persist, get medical advice. Poison Control 1-800-222-1222 (USA).
STORAGE — Refrigerate 2–10 °C (36–50 °F). Do not freeze. Bring the sealed syringe to room temperature for 1–2 h before opening. Shelf life 6 months unopened; use within 3 weeks after opening.
For professional and hobbyist electronics assembly and repair. Not for human consumption or food-contact use. Transport classification: see SDS Section 14.
