Cool & Dry
Away from heat/flame
After Use: Remove the needle, wipe the tip, and reseal the cap. Store upright in a cool, dry place — no refrigeration required. Do not use past the EXP date.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Flux is thick / hard to push
Let it sit at room temperature; apply steady pressure on the push rod. Use a larger needle for general work.
Sticky residue after soldering
Normal for no-clean rosin. Use less flux; if a clean finish is wanted, wipe with 99% IPA and a brush/Q-tip.
Poor wetting / dull joint
Pad oxidized or not enough flux/heat. Apply a little more flux and ensure the iron tip is 300–380°C.
Needle clogged
Clear with a fine wire or replace the needle. Reseal the cap after every use.
6
HOW TO USE
1
Apply flux to the joint
Fit a needle and gently push the rod to lay a thin layer of flux on the pads, lead or joint. A little goes a long way.
Pushing design — smooth flow, no waste
2
Hand soldering
Touch the heated iron (300–380°C) and solder wire to the fluxed joint; the solder wets and flows in cleanly.
3
SMD / BGA rework
Apply flux to the pads, place the component, then reflow with a hot-air station. Flux improves wetting and self-alignment.
4
Desoldering
Apply flux over the joint, lay desoldering wick on top, and press with the iron — the wick draws up the molten solder.
Flux makes wick soak up solder faster
5
Reseal after use
Remove the needle, wipe the tip and screw the cap back on. Store upright at room temperature.
6
Clean if desired
No-clean residue is non-conductive and may stay on the board. For a clean look, remove with 99% IPA.
