1Scope & Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Lingsko LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as tinvoa™ ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.tinvoa.co, request a wholesale quote, or otherwise interact with us. It applies to all visitors and customers worldwide.
For purchases made through Amazon, Amazon's privacy policy governs your shopping experience, payment, and order data. We only receive aggregated business information from Amazon (units sold, brand registry data) and no personally identifiable customer information. Orders placed directly on tinvoa.co are covered by this policy (see §2.1 and §4).
2Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Wholesale inquiry form: name, company, business email, product interest, estimated volume, and any notes you choose to share.
- Online orders on tinvoa.co: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, optional company name, and the items you order. You enter these on our Stripe-hosted checkout page and Stripe passes them to us so we can fulfil, ship and support your order.
- Direct communications: any email, chat, or message you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Anonymous web analytics (page views, referrer, browser type, device class) via standard analytics tools.
- IP address and approximate location (country/region) for fraud prevention and geo-relevant content.
- Cookies used for site functionality and analytics — see §5.
2.3 Information we do NOT collect
- We do not receive or store your full card number. Card and wallet payments on tinvoa.co are processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy; we only see limited payment details such as card brand and last four digits.
- We do not knowingly collect government IDs, biometrics, or social-security numbers.
- We do not buy or sell mailing lists.
3How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your wholesale inquiry within 24 hours.
- To send you quotes, technical documentation (TDS, SDS, CoC), and follow-up communications you've requested.
- To improve our products, website, and customer experience based on aggregated, anonymized analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, shipping documentation, hazmat declarations).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to our systems.
We process your information based on (a) your consent (form submissions, marketing), (b) a contract with you (wholesale orders), (c) our legitimate interests (analytics, security), and (d) legal obligations.
4When We Share Information
We share information only when necessary, and only with parties bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection agreements:
- Payment processor (Stripe): checkout and payment details for online orders on tinvoa.co.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL): name, address, and shipping-related contact details when fulfilling online and wholesale orders.
- Email and form-hosting providers for transactional communication.
- Accountants and auditors for tax compliance and financial reporting.
- Legal authorities if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share information with advertisers.
5Cookies & Tracking
We use two categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to function (form state, security, language preferences). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: anonymous traffic analysis. You can opt out via your browser settings or an analytics opt-out add-on. Most analytics providers, including Google Analytics, do not act on "Do Not Track" browser signals.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking trackers on tinvoa.co.
6Data Retention
- Wholesale inquiry data: 24 months from last contact, unless you become a customer (in which case 7 years per tax law).
- Order and shipping records: 7 years per US/EU tax and hazmat reporting requirements.
- Anonymous analytics: 26 months max, then aggregated.
- You can request earlier deletion at any time — see §8.
7Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and restricted access on a need-to-know basis. We notify affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed data breach affecting personal information, as required under GDPR Art. 33.
8Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
If you are located in the EU/UK/EEA (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Restriction & objection: limit or object to processing.
- Opt out of "sale" (CCPA): we don't sell information, but you may confirm this in writing.
- Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., your local Data Protection Authority).
