Tested to a standard, not a guess.

tinvoa products are specified against the IPC standards professional contract manufacturers run on, and every order ships with the documentation to match.

IPC J-STD-005A methods CoC per lot RoHS & REACH declarations

Four things we never skip.

Tested to IPC J-STD-005A methods

Viscosity, slump, tack and wetting are evaluated using the IPC J-STD-005A test methods — the same methods professional assemblers specify against.

Fresh-date guarantee

The manufacturing date is printed on every syringe. No aged inventory, no relabeled stock — you always know how fresh your paste is.

Lot traceability

Every syringe carries a batch / lot number tying it back to its test record, alloy composition, and Certificate of Conformance.

Documentation always

TDS, SDS, CoC, and RoHS / REACH declarations ship with every wholesale order — and Prop 65 labels on leaded product.

What we check on every lot.

tinvoa solder paste is verified against IPC J-STD-005A test methods. These are the properties that decide whether a lot prints, reflows, and joins reliably.

  • Viscosity

Measured to confirm the paste prints and dispenses consistently within its spec band, batch to batch.

  • Slump (cold & hot)

Checks that deposits hold their shape before reflow — critical for fine-pitch and to avoid bridging.

  • Tackiness

Confirms the paste holds placed components until reflow, so parts don't shift on the board.

  • Wetting / solderability

Verifies the alloy wets the pad and forms sound, well-shaped joints at the recommended profile.

  • Solder-ball & metal load

Assesses solder-ball behavior and confirms metal content is within the alloy's specified range.

Certificate of Conformance

A test record for the exact lot you receive.

For wholesale orders, we issue a CoC reporting the IPC J-STD-005A results for your specific batch — so your QA team can file it, not chase it.
